One of the main powers that blocks us from full self-expression, is shame. It’s what holds us back from completely being our amazing, authentic, natural selves. Ditch the Shame day is about vulnerability, playfulness and freedom!
This workshops has found it's roots in our family!
A mother, a big sister, a little sister. Yes that's right, we are all family. With Dieke living in Bali and visiting the Netherlands for her Ditch the Shame tour in September, we decided to join forces and combine our unique skills to create this one-of-a-kind all-day workshop about shame.
What is it:
Do you feel a need for change in your life but is there something holding you back? Then this day is for you! Ditch the Shame Day is about getting an open minded group of people together in an inspiring space to transform their blockages and prepare them for the next step in their lives.
During this one-day workshop we will explore what shame is, how it feels like, and how it holds us back from true self-expression, and we will tap into our own vulnerabilities, insecurities and shame. Playfulness is an important aspect of this journey. We will be challenging our inner child, while also shining a light on our darkness and confronting our shadows that oftentimes suppress our passions.
Our roles:
With a team of three there is enough space for personal attention and guidance during this day.
Dieke: As Freedom Coach and founder of Ditch the Shame Day, Dieke is the main facilitator. As an experienced yoga teacher she helps you locate the blockages in the body through meditation and movement. She will also give a lecture on shame and guide you through the process of making your own shame-board.
Marie-Louise: As Shaman Dayzah and Ziener, Marie-Louise is guarding the group energy during the day. She also guides our walk through nature and helps you see your blockages through shamanistic rituals.
Aleid: As Soul Photographer, Aleid focusses on capturing the transformations through photography. She is also available to give individual guidance where needed.
